DEDICATE A SONG IN HONOUR OR IN MEMORY OF A LOVED ONE

• Celebrate a survivor or pay tribute to a loved one you've lost to cancer.
• Choose any one of the 11 songs below and then write a personal message.  One of your song choices is Who Will Curl my Daugther's Hair? - a heartbreaking lament about a mother facing death from breast cancer.
• Your personalized dedication and a photo of your loved one (optional) will appear in the Sing for the Cure concert program.  We will also send you a notification card that you may use to inform the dedication recipient or their family that you've made this unique and special donation on their behalf.
• Minimum $250 donation per dedication (you will receive a tax receipt from the Calgary Health Trust)
• Submit your dedication (click the "Dedicate a Song" button below) and email your photo (optional) to Info@SingForTheCure.ca by February 25, 2010.
